What an interesting week it’s been learning new skills myself  and helping others do the same. I’ve released the date of my next Sales workshop in Liverpool, and i’ve done my clip to launch my free Sales webinar. #2summitup#feelingaccomplished

I do love a good analogy because it reaffirms that how we are feeling or thinking has essentially been felt or found before, and I know somehow I get some reassurance from that. I have some of the greatest debates with myself, which can lead to interesting outcomes let me tell you! My biggest challenge is I have so many things I want to do NOW but I have to pace myself – does that sound familiar?

Luckily for me I have ‘my people’ who I can go to, to put my blurting into some sense when I feel particularly overwhelmed, and then my action plan starts to appear. Equally its a privilege to be able to do the same for others when ‘they can’t see the wood for the trees’ The ‘outside’ view and perspective can be the thing that gets us through the blockage we have encountered, and our next steps become a lot clearer.  And to quote my phrase ‘I believe we all have the answers within us we just need the right person to ask the questions’

It never ceases to amaze me how we can all look at the same thing or situation and see it in a completely different way.  One of my favourite sales stories was the two shoe salesmen, who were told by their boss that they were moving to a desert island where no one wore shoes. The first one said ‘great – that means I won’t be getting anymore bonuses’ the second one said ‘Brilliant what a great opportunity, when is the next flight?’

Have a great week, and enjoy your view!
