I attended one of Elaine’s Sales workshops recently. I found it a very helpful session because it helped me to focus on the reasons why people buy or as Elaine would put it ‘the why behind the buy’. I worked with Elaine during my time at The Body Shop as the direct Channel Operations Manager. Whilst working with Elaine, I experienced an amazing business woman build a very successful business, but most of all I really related to her view on life and how we conduct ourselves in business.
