A – You’re my ideal customer of course

Q – What did you say again I wasn’t listening?


Ouch it’s harsh I know but we can have the most amazing product or service but if we are trying to help the ‘wrong people’ they won’t be listening.

Not only is it a costly mistake its also incredibly frustrating and disheartening when it feels like no one is listening to us when we know we could make such a difference.
