My kettle is broken!

Last week was a full on crazy week for many reasons.

In the midst of the madness my kettle stopped working – ahhh no. Somethings you just can’t do without.

I dashed out armed with my mask to get another one. Plugged it in and nope that wasnt working either🤔.

Why…obviously it wasn’t the kettle at all it was the socket!

It got me thinking about our businesses. How many times when things aren’t working as we hoped do we jump to conclusions and focus on the wrong thing when it’s not actually that part that is the problem.

Does that ever happen to you?

It would be easy to think if your programme isn’t being spotted or your course being filled that the content isn’t right when that may not be the case at all.

When we are immersed in our busy world it’s hard to be objective and see things through the eyes of our clients.
